Émile Wegelin (1875-1962, France) was a landscape painter who early on was mentored by Émile Noirot and later studied with Pierre Montezin, who had a strong influence on his work. Wegelin was awarded first prize at the 1930 Spring Exhibition at the Société Lyonnaise des Beaux-Arts.
