Michel Sima (1912, Poland - 1987, France) was a sculptor and photographer. In his Paris studio on Impasse Ronsin, his neighbour was Constantin Brâncuși, with whom he worked occasionally.
In 1948, Sima published the album "Picasso à Antibes"; a close photographic documentation of Picasso's work process. In 1958 followed the album "21 Visages d'Artistes" featuring portraits of important artists such as Alberto Giacometti, Dora Maar, Fernand Léger and Le Corbusier. From then on and until his death in 1987 he devoted himself to sculpture.
