Rebecca Harper (b. 1989) is a London based artist. She graduated from UWE Bristol in 2011, the Royal Drawing School in 2014 and Turps Art School in 2018. Her work is included in various private collections including Windsor Castle. Winner of the ACS Studio Prize 2018.
